We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full Time Legal Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to source and attract top legal talent. This role is critical to our growth strategy and involves recruiting for various legal positions, including attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates for a range of legal positions within the firm.
- Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and manage relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they reach a diverse and qualified audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with firm goals.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with legal professionals, law schools, and industry associations to enhance the firm's recruiting capabilities.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, including candidate status and hiring metrics.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in US recruiting.
- Skills: Strong understanding of the legal industry and various legal roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple candidates and positions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed.
Compensation:
- USD7/hour, 40 hours per week
- Potential for performance-based incentives.
