JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably Agribusiness, Environmental Science or related field
- Experience in CSR is preferred but not required
- With good interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- With high level of integrity and ethical standards and commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability reporting standards.
- Willing to work in Bo. Nabilid, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte.
- Willing to travel as needed
- Willing to do field work
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Programs.
- Manage the implementation and socialization of the Group’s Sustainability policies in the Roxas plant, including the most recent Responsible Sourcing Policy.
- Coordinate and ensure that the Child protection program outcomes are implemented in Roxas’s factory.
- Ensures that standard operating procedure and guidelines are followed.
- Monitors the operational expenses with reference to the allocated budget.
- Coordinate with program recipient of the implementation update and progress.
- Assist in traceability data collection and align with the traceability data gathered on various sustainability and CSR programs
- Work closely with Makati Head Office (HO) – Sustainability Group for the implementation and updates of the activities and coordinate with the plant Admin for the CSR.
- Manage and submit progress reports on a regular basis, as well as other reports required by the HO Sustainability group, in a timely manner.
- Coordinates with Top Management on community, government, or private/NGO’s program requests and/or recommendation for consideration under the company’s program for evaluation and approval.
- Implements Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Program and establishes an accessible record-keeping to develop and monitors the efficiency of company’s philanthropic giving.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
