Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related field, along with relevant experience in cost accounting according to AMTI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is an advantage but not required.
- Entry-level roles may require 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Senior or specialized roles typically require 3–5+ years of cost accounting or related experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Knowledge of activity-based costing (ABC) and standard costing systems
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Analytical skills to evaluate cost structures and identify savings
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
- Willing to be assigned in Labangon Cebu.
- Willing to be trained in Manila (Basic necessities will be shouldered by the Company).
