WE ARE HIRING: COST CONTROLLER SUPERVISOR
Location: Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan
We are looking for a Cost Controller Supervisor to join our team and ensure effective monitoring, analysis, and control of hotel costs to support our operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control hotel expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial targets
- Analyze daily cost reports and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures
- Coordinate with purchasing and other departments to ensure proper cost allocation
- Conduct regular inventory checks for food, beverages, and other hotel supplies
- Prepare and submit accurate cost control reports to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures on cost management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to be assigned in Boracay
