Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cost estimation processes for new and ongoing projects.
- Analyze project budgets and compare estimated vs. actual costs.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure budget adherence and cost controls.
- Maintain detailed records of project expenditures and variations.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial summaries for stakeholders.
- Assist in procurement planning and material cost tracking.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and relevant regulations.
- Support invoice verification, vendor cost approvals, and payment tracking.
- Liaise with finance and accounting departments for reconciliations and audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in cost control, project coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
