Role Description
The Creative Supervisor will lead the in-house Creative Team and play a key role in shaping the visual identity of all brands under the company. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on creative direction, and team mentorship to deliver high-impact, on-brand content across digital, print, in-branch, and event platforms.
With a strong sense of creative taste, trend awareness, and alignment with business goals, the Creative Supervisor will guide the Graphic Artists in producing cohesive, compelling, and scalable design work.
Duties and Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Direction -
- Provide strong creative direction, ensuring all outputs align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Graphic Artists and freelance contributors.
- Oversee creative output quality and elevate visual standards through consistent feedback and reviews.
- Maintain knowledge of design trends and innovations to keep creative output current and relevant.
Project, Team & Workflow Management -
- Manage the creative development process from concept to execution across all brand assets.
- Delegate tasks and oversee timelines, ensuring all materials are delivered on time and at high standards.
- Implement creative workflow best practices to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media, Digital, and Partnerships teams for aligned campaign rollouts.
Operations Collaboration -
- Coordinate directly with the Operations Team to understand and address branch-specific needs (e.g., signage, POP materials, store visuals).
- Develop creative solutions for in-branch communication, promos, and localized marketing materials.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clarity in creative outputs needed for nationwide rollout or franchise support.
- Incorporate feedback from frontline staff to improve relevance and effectiveness of visual assets in-store.
Taste & Trend Sensitivity -
- Promote strong creative “taste” and design intuition across the team through training, benchmarking, and review sessions.
- Guide the team in identifying and adapting visual trends that align with the brand’s audience and identity.
Collaboration & Communication -
- Serve as a key liaison between the creative team and other departments, especially Marketing, Digital, and Operations.
- Present creative concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and management.
- Work with external suppliers (e.g., printers, photographers, videographers) to execute campaign assets as applicable.
Quality Control & Brand Consistency -
- Ensure that all creative assets meet brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms and channels.
- Build and manage creative templates, guidelines, and scalable asset libraries.
- Conduct regular brand audits and visual alignment checks across business units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Preferably with 2-3 years in a creative/design role, and 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing creative workflows and design reviews.
- Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and campaign execution for both digital and physical environments.
- Amenable to report at Mandaluyong City
