Duties & Responsibilities:
- Properly representing Creative Skin Medequip Inc by upholding quality service, presenting accurate information and practicing complete honesty in day to day tasks.
- Arranging and attending appointments with doctors, dermatologists and clinics or hospitals, which may include pre-arranged appointments.
- Reporting directly to the management (President and Vice President) all accomplishments or pending negotiations throughout the work week.
- Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Monitoring historical records of client’s basic information by requiring Sales Representative to submit records on contact details, area and customer sales.
- Accomplish presentation to clients. Presentations may take place in medical settings during the day, or may be conducted in the evening, depending on the agreement with the client.
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with co-workers, and other supporting teams/departments.
- Updating and keeping detailed records of all contacts that will be reported to the office person in charge for updating of company database.
- Demanding sales targets and quota from sales representatives.
- To plan work schedules both weekly and monthly timetables. Working with the sales team and discussing future targets.
- Consistently attending company sales meetings, trainings, product launches, conventions, continuous medical education “CME”, technical data presentations and briefings scheduled by the management.
- Being up to date with the latest machines or consumables supplied by the company, and correctly interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals or clients during presentations.
- Developing strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to clients in the clinics and hospital area.
- Staying informed about the activities or events in a particular area, society or hospital.
- Setting sales targets for individual representative and your team as a whole.
- Allocating areas to Medical Sales Representatives or Sales Agent.
- Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets and goals.
- Works all functions and assigned in all areas of Metro Manila with the sales team.
Qualifications:
- · Have a degree in Sales, Business Management or Marketing or any business related courses
- · Preferably not less than 5 years Sales experience
- · A great team leader that would lead his/ her team in making sales
- · Should be accountable and transparent
- · Committed to work and to overachieve for target sales and would push and guide the team to do the same.
- · Proficient in MS office
