Global Mobility Services, Inc., is currently in need of CREDIT AND COLLECTION FIELD STAFF in TUGUEGARAO area
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Field Collection activity and tasks attached to it e.g. blotter to barangay, sending of demand letters
- Perform repossession tasks, including motor vehicle inspections and coordination
- Ensure timely recovery of assigned accounts while adhering to company KPIs and KRAs
- Handle customer complaints and ensure efficient follow-ups and resolution
- Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts
- Conduct follow-ups with delinquent clients and negotiate payment arrangements
- Maintain accurate and transparent transaction logs, in accordance with company policies
- Submit regular updates and reports on collection status to the Manager/Head of Business
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must own a motorcycle with a valid driver’s license and updated OR/CR
- Experience in microfinancing, lending, or similar fields
- Willing to do extensive fieldwork in all weather conditions
