Job Description
OVERVIEW:
Sportradar’s Premium Cricket Service is the best and most reliable service in the market that unlocks the full business potential of the world’s second most popular sport – followed by over 2 billion people! The Premium Cricket team within Sportradar has been growing its teams across Global locations for the past 7 years and are now looking for Support Analysts to further develop this market leading service.
As a member of the Premium Cricket Support Team, you will part of a team aiming to provide the most accurate Cricket support and analysis to both internal teams and clients across the world.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Collecting, researching and analysing cricket statistics.
- Producing and updating accurate team and player ratings.
- Providing research support to the Integrity Services, sourcing news articles, team lineups and match details for competitions in Asia.
- Providing high quality responses to client queries.
- Liaising between internal teams and clients to improve product efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Analysing support data to further improve the Premium Cricket support process.
- Supporting the Integrity Services in providing competition previews, local integrity news and relevant insights.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure any technical bugs are reported and resolved.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Cricket enthusiast with an in-depth knowledge of the game.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and to take immediate action in a fast-moving environment.
- Flexibility to work with shift-based patterns, including weekends.
- Can work Night Shifts
