We're looking for an experienced CRM / Loyalty Specialist to lead the development, execution and monitoring of customer relationship management strategies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- With at least 2 years of related experience in CRM / loyalty program management
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any Business related course
- Proven experience as a CRM / Loyalty Program Specialist or in a similar role
- Very good organizational skills
- Very good interpersonal, social and communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
