Automation & Integration (40%)
- Build/manage Zapier automations across CRM, Google Sheets, AI tools, website forms, etc.
- Identify opportunities to automate marketing, lead gen, and transaction workflows
- Troubleshoot broken zaps, lead issues, and tagging errors
- Research and test new tools
Data & CRM Management (30%)
- Create Google Sheets dashboards and real-time tracking reports
- Maintain CRM tagging, smart lists, and workflows (Follow Up Boss or similar)
- Organize new lead source integrations (Zillow Flex, PPC, etc.)
- Build in Go High Level
Systems Support (20%)
- Set up new tools and maintain integrations (Fello, Trainual, etc.)
- Provide tech support to agents and leadership
- Improve digital workflows
Reporting & Optimization (10%)
- Generate marketing and lead conversion reports
- Analyze lead sources, cost per appointment, and performance trends
Must-Have Skills:
- Advanced Zapier (multi-step zaps)
- Expert in Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)
- CRM experience (Follow Up Boss, Sierra, CINC, BoomTown, etc.)
- Familiarity with Go High Level
- Real estate lead flow and automation knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Trainual, Dotloop, Zillow Flex
- Familiarity with AI tools (Simple Talk, voice/text AI)
- Graphic design or video editing (Canva, Loom)
- Website planning or build experience
