We are seeking a technically well-rounded Technical Supervisor to oversee the coordination and execution of software development projects across Development, Product, and QA teams. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of technical solutions by managing workstreams, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and resolving technical challenges as they arise.
This role is not a full-time development position, but strong experience in .NET and the software development lifecycle is required to effectively guide teams and troubleshoot issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
Act as the central point of coordination between Product, Development, and QA teams to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Project Oversight & Execution:
Manage and organize daily workflows, backlogs, and priorities across teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
- Technical Troubleshooting:
Assist in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues during development and testing phases, with an emphasis on .NET-based applications.
- Quality Assurance Collaboration:
Work closely with QA to confirm that developed features meet the intended business outcomes and maintain high quality standards.
- Product Partnership:
Collaborate with Product Managers to understand the vision and expected outcomes of features and enhancements, ensuring the technical team delivers accordingly.
- Communication & Reporting:
Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership. Foster strong communication across all technical and non-technical roles.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within software development teams.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with .NET technologies (not as a full-time developer, but enough to lead and support the team technically).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience working closely with QA and Product teams to ensure alignment and quality delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and guide technical problem-solving at a high level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Background in enterprise software or SaaS environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD practices and automated testing processes.

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
