DLB BATAAN WATER CORPORATION is seeking a talented Technical Operations Supervisor to join our team in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental. As a Technical Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day technical operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our water services. What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the technical team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of water treatment plants, pumping stations, and distribution networks
- Monitor and analyse water quality data to identify and address any issues or deviations from established standards
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the optimal performance of equipment and infrastructure
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to water service delivery
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to technical operations
- Assist in the planning and implementation of process improvements and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards
