Job Title: CSAT & Quality Manager (E-Commerce Social Media)
Location: Robinsons Cyberscape Gamma Ortigas (Onsite)
Work Schedule: Shifting (Morning, Mid, Graveyard)
Salary Package: Up to ₱120,000 (Includes relocation package)
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented CSAT & Quality Manager to lead customer satisfaction analysis and quality improvement efforts within our e-commerce social media operations. You will be responsible for root cause analysis, metric improvement, and providing actionable insights to enhance service quality and operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in CSAT analysis & reporting, especially root cause analysis methodologies
- Detail-oriented with a focus on metrics and quality service delivery
- Analytical problem-solving skills using data to generate business insights
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- English business level proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- 2.5 to 5 years experience in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support/Operations
- Preferred: Experience in a Contact Centre/Service program for Advertising Tech companies
- Product support experience is a plus
- Familiarity with social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising
- Strong knowledge of advertising technology, digital marketing, and troubleshooting processes
- Proven leadership and team management skills
