MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prompt dispensing of requested items (supplies and equipment).
· Correct charging of all requested items.
· Make supplies and documents are organized.
· Encode all the daily transactions and finish before end of the shift
· Monitor the quantity and quality of the supply.
· Help to have an accurate inventory.
· Receives telephone calls politely on clearance charges, etc.
· Checks basic supplies and stock for use on demand.
· Participates in the planning and improvement of the unit
· Attends all meetings of the unit, department and hospital called for.
· Record and check all deliveries (supplier, quantity, expiration and quality of items)
· Check the availability of supplies and re-order if needed.
· Carries out specified and delegated functions from the unit head and makes proper endorsement every start and end of the shift.
· Need to be flexible of the rotations of the task
QUALIFICATIONS;
Education / Professional / Qualification:
Bachelors Degree graduate of any course
Work experience :
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year working experience on the related field

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
