Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via voice or non-voice channels
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Keeping company information secured and confidential
Qualifications:
- College graduate with or without BPO experience
- Senior High School (SHS) graduate or 2nd-year college undergraduate (equivalent to 4 semesters of old college curriculum) with at least 6 months of BPO experience in either voice or non-voice roles.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze and solve customers' concerns
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
