Overview of the Role
DIS Tech is growing, and so is our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers around the world. We’re looking for someone who is not only service oriented but also curious, proactive, and ready to take on the challenges of working in a dynamic, global environment.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of the team that connects our customers with the solutions they need, supporting orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll work closely with colleagues and customers from different countries and time zones, including Japanese-speaking clients, so fluency in Japanese, flexibility, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit are essential skills needed.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese – both spoken and written. Ability to communicate professionally with native speakers in a business context is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, operations, or a coordination role.
- Comfortable in using tools like Office 365, email platforms, and order tracking systems.
- Previous experience working with international teams or in a manufacturing/tech company is a plus.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is a plus but not required. DIS Tech will be happy to train the right person who’s eager to learn.
