Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Japanese Sales Executive with a strong background in machinery sales—either from a manufacturing or trading environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the Japanese market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives in the Japanese market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback for product and service improvements.
Qualifications:
- Native-level Japanese proficiency (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
- Proven sales experience in machinery manufacturing or machinery trading companies.
- Strong understanding of industrial machinery products and applications.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of global machinery markets and supply chains.
- Experience working with Japanese corporate clients and business culture.
- Technical background or engineering-related education is an advantage.
