- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Proactively check in with customers to understand their evolving needs, anticipate challenges, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
- Act as a customer advocate internally, ensuring their feedback and requirements are effectively communicated to relevant departments (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Production, Quality).
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via various channels (email, phone, meetings).
- Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical or service-related problems, providing clear and concise solutions.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operational teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, following up to confirm satisfaction.
- Manage and track customer feedback and complaints, identifying recurring issues and proposing actionable solutions.
- Support the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services and capabilities.
- Guide customers through product usage, technical specifications, and process flows as needed.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer-facing resources (e.g., FAQs, knowledge base articles).
- Identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that improve customer interactions and loyalty.
- Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Willing to work in Taguig City.
