We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Relations Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
