- Responsible for being the main contact person for preventive maintenance and warranty.
- Provide answers to general warranty inquiries.
- Assist in all related application queries.
- Proactive call for customer maintenance schedule.
- Follow-up calls in a specific period.
- Responsible for the dissemination of information to customers.
- Handle and endorse customer complaints and inquiries.
- Maintain customer database.
Qualifications*
- Graduate of any business course.
- Preferably with customer service experience or background.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in an automotive dealership is an advantage.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to learn.
