General responsibility:
- The secretary assumes the duty of clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
- She/he assists the Dean, program coordinators, and staff by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
- She/he is the point of reference for all queries, requests, or issues.
Qualification:
- Preferably with Bachelor's Degree in Management
- Must possess these skills: Computer Savvy, good with secretarial duties, good at records and managements.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Has discretion and integrity in handling confidential matters
- Must have experienced in being a student leader and handling events
