Work Setup and Shift Schedule: The setup is currently onsite with rotating shifts. However, a hybrid arrangement may be considered after 6 months, depending on the candidate’s performance and operational needs.
Educational Attainment: HS Graduates under the old curriculum/SHS Grads must have at least 6 months of work experience.

Experience Requirement:
A minimum of 6 months' experience is preferred, ideally in a technical account. We are open to experience from any account (international or local), but telco background is an advantage.
Communication Skills Requirement:
We require candidates with at least advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written. This is important because they will be using a translator tool. They must be able to read and comprehend instructions accurately and articulate their responses clearly in writing. Strong comprehension and writing skills are essential for success in the role.
