- Give customers information about products and services.
- Process orders and calculate charges.
- Resolve customer complaints and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Review customer accounts and make changes if needed.
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
- Refer customers to supervisors or more experienced employees when needed.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration or any related course.
- With or without work experience
- Good in communication both orally and in writing.
- Personable.
