Remote English-Japanese Customer Service (Smart Camera Project)
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Japanese (spoken/written, native-level preferred) and fluent in English; able to resolve inquiries accurately in both languages.
- Prior experience in technical support (preferably for electronic/ smart devices) and e-commerce customer service is highly desired.
- Available to work 9:00-18:00 Japan Time; self-motivated to manage remote work efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Address client questions (e.g., setup, troubleshooting, returns) via email/chat/call.
- Collaborate with tech teams to solve product-related issues; update clients on progress timely.
