We are looking for a Home-Based Customer Service Representative to join a growing U.S.-based team. In this role, you will provide product and service information, assist with order processing, and resolve concerns, playing a key part in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and partner brand support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage end-to-end order entry and processing, ensuring accuracy until fulfillment.
- Communicate order status updates, production schedules, and changes to sales teams, clients, and manufacturing suppliers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer accounts through clear and interactive communication.
- Work with internal teams and suppliers to resolve order-related issues.
- Track production proofs, approvals, and update internal systems with documentation.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and feedback.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of order activities in CRM and internal tools.
- Follow all established communication procedures, policies, and quality standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in promotional products, customer service, or order management.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva is a plus
- Industry Software Knowledge:
- Experience in the promotional industry or related e-commerce roles is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer retention tools is a strong advantage
- Comfortable with inbound/outbound communications and handling inside sales tasks

- Salary Range: Php 30,000 – Php 35,000
