Qualifications:
- At least 6 months - telco account or any troubleshooting experience or anyone who is good in situational questions.
- High School
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper Intermediate), both written and verbally
- Previous customer service or contact center experience in the telecom industry
- Familiarity handling troubleshooting & ticketing
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
