Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
-Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
-Meet performance metrics and quality standards
Qualifications:
-At least high school graduate (senior high school or old curriculum)
-Strong communication skills in English
-With or without BPO experience – all are welcome to apply!
-Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
-Must have basic computer skills and stable internet connection (for virtual interviews)
