- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries via inbound calls and email.
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
- Work with confidential customer information in a secure manner.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive.
Qualifications:
- High school or Senior High school are welcome.
- Preferably with at least 6 months of Customer Service Experience.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, and tying skills.
