Qualifications:
For Chat Support:
- At least HS Graduate
- Minimum 1 year CCE (Customer Care Experience)
- Typing: 35 WPM, 85% accuracy
For Voice Support:
- At least HS Graduate
- 2 years CCE OR 6 mos – 1 yr Tech Support Experience
- Typing: 30 WPM, 85% accuracy
