QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good to Excellent English communication skills.
- Preferably with experience and some exposure in communicating with global clients.
- Knowledgeable in MS Offices (Photoshop is a plus).
- Proactive, results-driven with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Natural customer relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, commitments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
