Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by offering timely resolutions to their inquiries. You will communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls, addressing fraud investigation, collections, payments, loans, charges/fees, interest rates, rewards, and other account-related matters.
Work Set-Up: Shifting Schedule, Onsite
Location: Uptown BGC, Taguig

Qualifications:
- High School graduates with at least 1 year of interfacing work experience
