Responsibilities:
- Handles inquiries of clients thru calls and emails
- Provide accurate and timely information and updates to clients on movements of the cargo
- Create/send monitoring of shipment reports to client
- To call and verify vessel details to shipping lines, carriers and forwarders and coordinate with the B.U's for proper documentation
- Prepare documentation of shipments
- Create booking thru system for each shipment and record file to folder
- Other tasks as may be assigned, required, or needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration or any business related courses
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in documentation and customer service;
- Has relevant work experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Has good written and communication skills
- Familliar with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and PPT);
- Knowledgeable in Cargowise one system is a plus
- Must be keen to details and has good analytical skills
- Willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna
