As a Customer Service Supervisor at Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives in our Quezon City office. This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coach a team of customer service representatives to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations, providing guidance and support to the team
- Analyze customer service data and provide insights to the management team
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and operations, to address customer needs and concerns, and to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
- Create and maintain customer service metrics and reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service, sharing insights and implementing innovative strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with relevant regulations, while handling customer interactions.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret customer service data to drive improvements
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Proficient in MS Office suite, with the ability to use data analysis tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
