Job Overview: Customer Service Supervisor – Front Desk (After Sales)
The Customer Service Supervisor – Front Desk (After Sales) is responsible for overseeing daily front-line operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction in all after-sales interactions. This role supervises front desk staff, resolves escalated customer concerns, and ensures that service processes are followed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and has a strong background in customer service management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach front desk customer service staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
- Monitor and ensure timely and effective handling of customer inquiries, complaints, returns, warranties, and other after-sales concerns.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for after-sales services.
- Handle escalated issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales, technical support) to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain and analyze service metrics and reports to improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and company policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping of customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of after-sales processes, warranties, and return policies is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer service software or CRM systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
