Job Description
Responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience for Roaming and International’s Inbound customers & wholesale partners. Focused on driving efficiency and account/supplier satisfaction through establishment of policies, systems, processes and improvements that will ensure seamless and superior service.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owns the end-to-end customer service and experience for International’s wholesale businesses, developing processes and policies that elevate the way we care for partners, suppliers and customers
- Orchestrates operationalization of processes for new business streams (eg. settlement, escalation, customer handling & resiliency, SLAs)
- Identifies opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in collaboration with support groups
- Oversees the managed service provider responsible for providing superior customer support
- Responsible for end-to-end inventory management and ensuring efficient order fulfillment
KPIs:
- Financial (Revenue from new revenue streams)
- Positive Partner Satisfaction Survey
- Increase operational effectiveness
- Issue Mitigation/ Resolution Rate
