A. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist with additional projects or tasks assigned by the Manager.
2. Perform analysis for process improvements, projects and strategic initiatives
3. Build, enhance, and support operational dashboards
4. Monitor data quality and integrity; troubleshoot anomalies and inconsistencies in data
5. Understand internal and external business needs by collaborating with cross-functional project teams
6. Automate data workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability
7. Generate reports through analytical tools to measure, monitor, and determine areas for improvement
8. Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
9. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
10. Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly review presentations for meetings
11. Assist with additional projects or tasks assigned by the Manager.
