Role: Field Office Personnel
What Success looks like in this role:
- Receipt and control of documents that includes:
- Acknowledging of receipt of document through the system
- Manual checking of documents to ensure that the information are complete and all documents are accounted
- Arranging documents in prescribed batch and folder
- Data Encoding/Data Cleaning
- Arranging shipping / transmittal of documents going to the Central Office
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Senior High School or Bachelors’ Degree in related field preferred
- 0 -3+ years of progressive experience in customer service and data entry
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Basic computer operation skills
- Team player and good interpersonal skills
- Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php11,092.50 per month
Work Location: In person
