- At least college graduate of Bachelor of Science in Office Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related course in computer studies, secretarial work, or office management.
- Experience as an encoder or in clerical works is an advantage but not required.
- Exceptional typing and data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 80-100 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
-Knowledgeable in microsoft application.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Willing to be assigned on day or night shift.
- Can work independently and meet deadlines under minimal supervisions.
