ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Data Labeling & Processing Specialist, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end delivery of high-quality property underwriting reports. Your work enables insurance carriers to make better risk decisions by ensuring image data captured by drones is accurately reviewed, annotated, and structured into professional-grade reports.
This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a structured environment, have strong visual analysis skills, and are excited to contribute to the evolution of AI-driven inspection technology.
NOTE: This role will be on a FULL REMOTE work set to start off and will transition to an ONSITE set up by END OF YEAR in either (Angeles/San Fernando City)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review aerial and ground-level drone images for residential and commercial properties.
- Classify and tag images according to categories like Roof, Elevation, Interior, Hazards, and Outbuildings.
- Identify and annotate structural damage or risk indicators using specialized tools.
- Cross-validate address information using mapping tools (e.g., Google Maps, Zillow).
- Create comprehensive inspection reports using Bees360’s AI-powered platform and templates.
- Validate AI-generated content and correct errors to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal QA teams to maintain labeling accuracy and performance benchmarks.
- Follow standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for labeling, annotation, and report formatting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong attention to visual details and high standards for accuracy.
- Amenable working in APAC schedule (9am-6pm MNL).
- Familiarity with digital tools such as image annotation platforms, Google Maps, and web-based property databases (e.g., Zillow, Redfin).
- Ability to follow structured workflows and guidelines meticulously.
- Good English reading and writing skills (technical training will be provided).
- Preferred: experience in data labeling, image tagging, GIS, insurance, or drone-based inspections.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
