Key Responsibilities:
- Provides Data Administration support for the Medical Field Force Effectiveness Team
- Consolidates data to maintain the accuracy of monthly Medical Field Operations Directory
- Coordinates with the Medical Field Operations team to provide support on Dashboard and CRM
- Creates and maintains Field Force Effectiveness reports, and analyzes data as required
- Conducts reviews to ensure integrity of MFFE data
- May be assigned data and report projects from time to time
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in tools like Power BI and MS Excel reports and analysis
- With basic understanding of data management, structuring and analysis
- Experience with systems utilized for Customer Relationship Management (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage
- Understands data insights and storytelling through data
- Technological know-how on solutions in support of field operations objectives
