- Maintain and monitor records of non-trade supplies inventory, usage, and replenishment.
- Assist in the processing and tracking of purchase requisitions for non-trade items.
- Support the admin supervisor in maintaining updated documentation such as reports, memos, and logs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and other departments regarding delivery schedules, returns, or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper safekeeping and issuance of office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in filing and organizing administrative documents (receipts, logs, reports, etc.).
- Monitor maintenance schedules for office equipment and facilities.
- Prepare and submit regular inventory and administrative reports.
- Perform clerical tasks such as encoding, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
* Must possess Bachelor's Degree of any course
* Must have above average communication skills and leadership skills
* Must be computer literate
* Willling to be assigned in DC Sucat
