DEMAND DRAFTERS (NON-VOICE)
Responsibilities:
- Expert Drafting: Prepare meticulously crafted demand letters, demonstrating a basic understanding of legal language and precise articulation of claims, while adhering to established legal standards and guidelines.
- Evidentiary Support: Gather and analyze evidence, ensuring that all claims presented in demand letters are well-supported and substantiated, thereby increasing the likelihood of favorable responses.
- Strategic Communication: Collaborate closely with clients and the team to formulate effective communication strategies, tailoring the tone, content, and approach of demand letters to achieve specific objectives and maximize desired outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to start ASAP
- Willing to work graveyard shift
- Willing to work onsite
- EXCELLENT English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- EXCELLENT writing skills, with a solid command of grammar, vocabulary, and proper punctuation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php26,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
