Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and translate them into drawings and 3D models.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, renderings, and design proposals.
- Collaborate with a team to refine design ideas.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
- Assist in preparing documentation for permits and construction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Licensed Architect is a plus, but not required).
- Experience in architectural design or related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design/visualization tools.
- Strong eye for design, detail-oriented, and highly creative.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
