We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support a variety of digital marketing projects across different industries—including eCommerce, home services, fitness, and more. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and excited to learn and grow in the digital marketing field.
Salary:
₱20,000 – ₱30,000 PHP/month (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media & Paid Ads
- Write short-form ad copy for Facebook and Instagram
- Organize creative assets and help prepare ad variations
- Schedule posts and maintain basic social media presence
- Support campaign monitoring and reporting
2. Website & SEO Support
- Upload and format website content on WordPress or Shopify
- Assist with on-page SEO tasks like meta tags, internal linking, and blog formatting
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
3. Email Marketing
- Help create and schedule promotional emails using platforms like Klaviyo
- Write subject lines, preview text, and campaign content
- Organize customer segments and email automation flows
4. Admin & Task Coordination
- Maintain organized marketing files and folders (Google Drive)
- Help track campaign tasks and deadlines in project trackers
- Support briefs and follow-ups with designers, editors, and ad specialists
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in digital marketing or content creation is an asset
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Shopify, Canva, Meta Ads, or Klaviyo is a plus
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and cloud-based tools
- Fast learner, organized, and able to follow instructions independently
