Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant

- Location: McKinley West, Taguig City
- Schedule: Night Shift - 9:00pm to 6:00am
About the Role
We're looking for driven individuals to join our team as a Digital Marketing Assistant in a fully remote setup. This position provides versatile support across our marketing efforts, including lead generation, website updates, content creation (graphic design and video editing), research, and administrative tasks. You'll also contribute to RoundTable marketing initiatives, playing a key role in driving engagement and supporting our overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
- Generate quality leads from various sources like zoom Info or other search-engine tools/platforms, Attendee Lists, SIA, etc.
- Website Maintenance:
- Help maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and relevant.
- Monitor website performance and user experience, addressing any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement design changes and enhancements
- Research:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Gather data and insights to support marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and emerging technologies
- Content Creation:
- Edit and produce videos that align with our branding and marketing goals.
- Design graphics and visuals to enhance marketing materials and online presence

RoundTable Marketing Support:
- Provide assistance in organizing and promoting RoundTable events and initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to create promotional materials and marketing collateral.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Support the Visus Group team with administrative duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media- LinkedIn, email marketing, analytics, CRM).
- Experience in content creation, video editing, and graphic design (knowledge of software like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for website updates.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail
- Proficiency in using search-engine tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Sales Navigator is a plus!
