We're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Assistant (full onsite work) to lead our digital marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on SEO and additional support in email marketing and social media management. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and ultimately contribute to our company's growth. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creative execution.
Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Optimize website content, metadata, and landing pages based on SEO best practices.
- Identify and address content gaps through new content creation.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with developers to ensure proper implementation of SEO-related updates.
Email Marketing:
- Create and schedule email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
- Monitor performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Social Media Marketing:
- Assist in creating and curating engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Engage with the online community and respond to interactions when appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in content writing and Digital Marketing, Social Media, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Manage day-to-day activities on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, MailerLite, Mailchimp).
- Familiarity with marketing automation workflows and contact segmentation.
- Experience in social media content creation and basic analytics.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
