The Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s digital marketing strategy across all online platforms. This role leads the planning, execution, and optimization of content-driven campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. The manager will supervise social media presence, manage digital advertising efforts, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Social Media & Digital Platform Management
- Develop and execute digital and social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and engaging posts aligned with brand messaging.
- Oversee paid digital campaigns, optimizing performance through data-driven insights.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, creative, PR, sales) and external agencies.
- Align digital and social media initiatives with broader business and marketing objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital and offline touchpoints.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Optimize content, social media ads, and influencer partnerships based on analytics.
- Prepare reports on key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and recommendations for future strategies.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or brand activations.
- Proven track record of managing digital campaigns and influencer partnerships
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
Digital Advertising Proficiency
- Skilled in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Ability to plan, execute, and optimize performance-based campaigns (e.g. lead generation, retargeting, conversions).
Analytics & Data Interpretation
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite Insights, and social media analytics tools.
- Ability to track KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS, engagement rate) and adjust strategies based on data.
- SEO/SEM Knowledge
- Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.
- Strong familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Web flow, or Shopify (for e-commerce brands).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Email Marketing & CRM Tools
- Skilled in using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Active Campaign.
- List segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing.
Social Media Management Tools
- Experienced with Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, or similar platforms for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
Web Tracking & Pixel Management
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
- Marketing Automation & Funnel Design
- Knowledge of funnel-building tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Leadpages) and customer journey mapping.
Soft Skills & Abilities:
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing influencers, stakeholders, and partners.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to digital trends.
- Leadership skills to manage teams, collaborate across departments, and oversee activations.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
