We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services. The role plays a major part in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
This role is subject to layers of interviews and is expected to have a client interview in person between June 13-15, 2025.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Experience with social media marketing, including content creation, community management, and advertising.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms.
Content & Social Media
- Manage content creation (blogs, EDMs, social posts) in alignment with brand tone and style.
- Oversee company’s presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Schedule, post, and engage with community to grow audience organically and through paid strategies.
Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Use data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies.
- Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports for management review.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with graphic designers, developers, and marketing colleagues for campaign execution.
- Work closely with sales to align marketing efforts with business goals.
