Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all online marketing efforts. This role includes managing social media accounts, running paid ad campaigns, optimizing online presence, and analyzing digital performance to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence (content planning, posting, and engagement)
· Plan and run Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok/etc and Google Ads campaigns
· Monitor and optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and analytics
· Maintain and update website and digital listings (e.g. Google My Business)
· Coordinate with graphic designer to produce digital content
· Has photography and videography experience
· Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role
· Strong understanding of digital platforms, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools
· Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic website CMS
· Strong communication skills and marketing intuition
· Marketing, management, advertising background
